General payment and sales conditions

1) These general Terms apply to all orders placed by email.

7) In case of a forward sale, the default interest of 5% is applied, until the full price of the goods is paid, the owner of the goods is Star Export Foreign Tic.ve San .Ltd.Şti.

8) Since the products are produced under 100% quality control, although there is no error, in case of a technical manufacturing error, replacement can be made within 14 days.

8.a) The shipping fee for the exchange of faulty products belongs to Star.

9) Damages that may occur during transportation are the responsibility of the buyer.

10) Defective goods are replaced immediately. There is no compensation.

11) personal data of customers are not shared with third parties.

12) When one of the articles of these general conditions is invalid, the others continue to be in force.ļ
